Words have power. Their meaning crystallises perceptions that shape our beliefs, drive our behaviour, and ultimately, create our world. Their power arises from our emotional responses when we read, speak, or hear them. Just say the word “fire” while barbequing, or in the workplace, or in a crowded theatre, and you’ll get three completely different but powerful emotional and energetic reactions.

If someone approaches you and wants to sit with you, on an opportunity. You are always suspicious and defensive from the get-go, and the first thing that pops into your head is that this person wants money from you, then that is the reality you will receive.

If you go out and research this individual, but they are in the up-and-up, maybe in the entertainment business, or a T.V. host. You find out they are also in the fundraising opportunist. Once again, your thought is that this person maybe wants you to invest in them financially, through a fundraiser, or to find sponsors.

Instead, clear your mind of ALL negative thinking, and focus on balance energy where you can both benefit on a mutual and respective path, without spending a dime.

Money can be used for negative or positive energy. You are the Creator.

New lovers often promise each other that they will be together forever. Unfortunately, the keeping of those promises is subject to many unexpected challenges, even when they are genuinely made. Unexpected crises arise in all intimate relationship that can eradicate blissful expectations, and most new lovers caught up in the fantasy of indestructible love, don’t anticipate them adequately.

Sadly, at some point, disillusionment, defeat, and dissatisfaction may overcome any dedicated partnership, and it can deteriorate into relationship burnout, the ultimate outcome of continuing disenchantment.

One crucial factor in the way you resolve your arguments, and the way you feel afterwards, is "self-compassion." That is your capacity for being kind to yourself and taking heed of your own needs and desires.

People with low self-compassion tend to subordinate their own needs when they come to the point of conflict and arrive at "compromises" that deal entirely with the other person's needs and leave them unhappy. Higher-self compassion tends to lead to better compromise and less emotional turmoil after the fact.

We are so prone to be suspicious. When we become offended or hurt, we immediately begin to look for evidence that someone did us wrong.

 

Keeping your word is hugely important for all of us, but especially for spiritual leaders. It’s all about integrity, consistency, proving yourself trustworthy, showing up on time, and doing what you said you would do. If people feel like they can’t count on you, how will they ever listen to what you have to say?

 

Some people will choose to misunderstand no matter what we say or do. To them, we have no answer except to say, “Our conscience is clear. Others will twist our words, however, be aware. I explain make an effort to self-clarify and then entrust your future with your Higher-Self and Spiritual Guide, who knows you through and through and promised to guide you. If we trust in this Universal Consciousness, the time of chaos will pass, and we will be stronger for having gone through the struggle.

 

Many times we can receive a vision, and it does come true, which we then assume that vision means we are to accept a specific path at that precise moment, but sometimes we misinterpret the vision we see as an absolute path we are taking, however, there are times that that vision is merely a warning not to assume that certain specific path.

When we meet someone new a first impression is first about looks; only later do things such as personality, brains and character start to take on meaning. Her weight isn't much of a factor unless she is morbidly obese or anorexically skinny. The key to perceived beauty is the face.

Low self-esteem is more common in beautiful women than you would expect. Some don’t believe they are attractive. They have a distorted self-image and don’t accept others who tell them how stunning they are. Thus in their mind, everyone is a “liar” and not to be trusted. Some are dependent on the first impression reaction of others to define who they are, i.e. someone who has it all because of her beauty. So, she starts to see herself as someone with no talent, no intellect, no redeeming qualities other than her looks.

Then there are the beauties that are truly shy, or to protect themselves from constant harassment, they withdraw. Unfortunately, they can come across as aloof, stuck up, snooty and even arrogant. If we take the time to get to know her instead of condemning her, we might find out she's really kind, conscientious, caring, and perhaps just a little bit shy. It's almost as if we're subconscious, or for some maybe even consciously, looking for a reason to treat her as less than a person.

An experienced man has done well with women, and he knows what women want. He’s charming, confident, and a little bit of a rogue. But not only that, he moves things along smoothly and naturally. Because he knows women need a man who can do that, and he knows how to do it.

That’s one of the main stumbling blocks for less experienced guys. Plainly and naturally, they don’t know how to make things easy for women to be with them.

You need to be not only confident in you but proud of the man you are. Clothes can improve your outward appearance, but the change has to start from within. The foundation of your confidence cannot come from attire, nor trinkets or jewels, not even a car or a home; it must come from a foundation of real inner strength.

As men, we enjoy feeling as though we are protective, and this signifies that she feels safe in our arms. While he should be able to read her feelings from our actions, some guys need a more direct approach.

Scent can connect you to a partner way further, like a guy who scents a woman he'd never met (online), or he sends her one of his t-shirts so that she could get acquainted with his scent.  The soft strokes that you give a loved one makes you both feel great and creates a bonding.

Cuddling gets your oxytocin pumping; it boosts your immune system; lowers your heart rate and blood pressure. Holding hands reduces stress, etc...etc...

In spiritual terms, the ‘light’ isn’t literal but symbolic.

Those who assume the Higher Level plane is the ultimate heaven are often in for a jarring surprise as after delighting in the beauties of spiritual angels, light beings, and whatever heavenly landscape they gravitate to for a few minutes or a thousand years they are often greeted by a spiritual guide who informs them that it is again time to leave the Spiritual plane and reincarnate into a new physical baby body. The illusion of the permanence of this Spiritual plane heaven is wiped away as a new clean slate is created in a new life in which the individual forgets it happened in the first place. Although many places with in the astral spiritual plane are both fun and educational the spiritual realm is not the ultimate heaven of spiritual freedom as many assume but a prison for Soul.

To many it will come as a shock, but the Spiritual Realm is only at the starting gates, it is the second plane contained in the lower worlds (lower heavens) of which the physical universe is the first plane.

Each single step requires a whole lifetime to complete; there are many Lower Levels to reach in the Spiritual Realm, and many Higher Levels. When going through the process of spiritual awakening, sooner or later we are confronted with the fact, that there seem to be more dimensions than the one reality we are living in and that we know so well.

Women who say; "I want a man who will treat me like a Queen." No doubt they do. But it you treat people like royalty; don't be surprised if they treat you like commoners and subjects, which is the whole point of being royalty. A Queen will treat him as a King mutual level.

I think your problem isn't that you're "putting them on a pedestal", I think instead you need to forget about the notion that if you "respect" somebody that they will respect or like you in return.

"Nice guys" fall into the trap of believing that they give women more respect than other men and thus are more deserving than other men. However, girls (and people in general) don't date based off of who is the most deserving of their affection, they date the guy who they are most attracted to on a number of levels. Attraction can't be bought and saved as if you were saving up for a car.

Instead of thinking that girls are obligated to go out with you because of the respect you give them; think that they deserve the respect. Then start focusing on what makes you an interesting person and try to find what girls are attracted to that. So in short, respect women even more and don't think women are obligated to date you because you "respect" them.

She is good enough and someone does want to love her. She just haven’t found him yet! And hanging around with guys that make her question her self-worth? Those guys never intended to love her. It’s hard to hear, I know, but it’s the truth.

It’s pretty clear that men and women operate completely different when it comes to interactions with the opposite sex. Here are some key points to remember when it comes to understanding men. First, they have a lot of testosterone. This makes them think about sex a lot more than most women do. If a man is attracted to a woman, his penis immediately lets him know. He has a sexual urge that is activated when he is around her, and he has to keep that under control until she gives him the green light to satisfy his urge. So, what will a man do to satisfy this sexual urge? In the beginning it can be a little tricky to accurately read a man’s intentions. Does he really like her, or does he just want to sleep with her? Because of his sexual urge, he will put on all of his charm to impress her.

“No” is one of the most powerful words a female can tell a man that has expressed interest in her. Something about our primitive instinct to be hunters. They like the pursuit of the chase and when she gives in too easily, it isn’t fun anymore. In some cases, we will stop chasing altogether. Saying “no” keeps us guessing and trying to figure her out. It’s a challenge, and men love a challenge. Knowing he had to earn her makes him feel good about himself, and good about her. Sleeping with him too soon, or always being available when he wants to see her is a sure-fire way to make him less interested. The chase isn’t fun when she’s always predictable. Plus, the longer time he takes figuring her out, the more time he gets to see just how beautiful she really is.

Personally, I see intuition as the “Soul’s GPS” which can help us discover our life purpose, make wise decisions, and lead fulfilling lives.

 

Unfortunately, it’s very common for us to confuse the voice of intuition with the voice of fear. In order for us to make the most intelligent, successful, wise, loving, and meaningful decisions in our lives, we need to learn how to make a clear distinction between the two.

 

Fear:

• Feels heavy and dark
• Emotionally-charged (e.g. “I need to do this or else ____ will happen!!”)
• Vague
• Makes you feel frustrated, overwhelmed, confused or anxious
• Causes you to ruminate and get lost in cycles of thought

Intuition:

• Feels light
• Unemotional
• Crystal clear
• Makes you feel calm, inspired, and a sense of resolution

Spontaneously arises and immediately feels “right” without further rational thought

By paying attention to these signs, you will slowly be able to distinguish paranoid thinking from neutral and intuitive knowing.

If the mind is “mental”, logical, and rational, and the heart is sensitive, feeling, and loving, what part of the self is the belly? The belly connects to the instinctual and intuitive parts of the self. It is the preverbal place of knowing. Because the belly’s intelligence is not limited to language, desires, fears, ambitions, or any other interferences of the thinking and feelings parts of ourselves, the wisdom we can receive from the abdomen can be invaluable, and more direct than what we may be able to discern from the mind or emotions.

A woman walking down the street, alone, past a group of guys hanging out with nowhere to go. Her guard goes up, and preparation takes place. Many things could happen when she passes them. Sexual harassment is part and parcel of daily life, particularly in public places.

Learn to approach them as you would a guy then state your purpose (a.k.a. ask them out). When you approach a guy you are aware of social cues and context. That you pay attention to see if he is interested or even open to engagement. Studies show that when it comes to guys they are more considerate of each other but girls they will barge right in- she's wearing headphones oh it doesn't matter, she's reading a book oh it doesn't matter, etc. Your dick is not the end all be all so pay attention to others.

Individuals who maintain eye contact, and engage in light touching (shaking someone’s hand or light touch) are seen as being more truthful and nicer. Don’t come on too hard, remain friendly and at the end of the encounter either get her number or propose a date (time, date, location and actively establish beforehand).

I have never been slapped or been called inappropriate. I would just say; “Just wanted to say hello,… etc…” I raise both hands like I am under arrest which makes them feel comfortable, then they usually think I am funny, at this point and I extend one hand like a handshake and say: “I’m …”  if they say they are in a relationship, I just add; “It’s okay, I’m not jealous, and he is a lucky guy.”

When you know the purpose of your life, you tend to live a more meaningful existence than those who don’t. You tend to live each day to the fullest because you know who you are, where you’re coming from, and where you’re going.

You have a 9 to 5 job drawing a good pay, you have a good family and all’s well with the world. But deep inside, you feel like you are going nowhere. The job isn’t moving upward either. You are actually stagnating in your career and mentally and spiritually. Something is missing.

What did you love doing as a child? Your childhood hobbies and obsessions can indicate a genuine passion.

What do you love doing as an adult? You might very well have passionate side pursuits even today. Do you love your moonlighting job more than your regular day job?

When you begin to explore what lights you up, your passions, your goals, your actions, your values, your talents, and your morals you start to peel back the layers of self-discovery.

Personal appearance is an often disregarded part of communication and presentation skills.

It is human nature to make compromises.  All individuals change their approach depending on the people they meet and what they feel is expected from them.  Your 'on-duty' self, the one who functions in public, is different from your 'off-duty' self, the one concerned with home, family and friends.  Everyone has many and varied roles in life.  You can be one person and be a parent, son/daughter, brother/sister, friend, adviser, patient, client and consumer all in one day.
