Youth and Stress

While slowly falling asleep I get this myoclonic jerk, which is also known as a "sleep start."

So, I start to record myself about young people on prolonging stress which can cause high blood pressure, weaken the immune system and contribute to diseases such as obesity and heart disease. It can also lead to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression—disorders that are becoming more common in youth.

The Tik Tok Ban

2020 has been a tough year, and most of us found a release on an app called TIK TOK.

It is social media like no others, where you felt like a community, unlike no others. It is fun and better than watching TV or even YouTube. It stands out from all the rest.
